Field of scientific interest:

Problems of creating of information society, information technology for administration, legal system and education.

1999-2000: member of stearing committee of Tempus (PHARE) project "Training of officials for the legal system reform".

From 2000: coordinator in Lithuania of Erazmus-CDA2 project EULISP (European University's Legal Informatics Study Programme).

Study and research visits: Wurzburg university (1994), Utrecht university (1996), Kiel university (1999), Limerick university (2000).

Publications: more 20 reports in the international conferences, more 50 scientific articles.
