Jerzy Kosiński

- the head of the Police Logistics Department (covers logistics, computer science and communication) of the Higher Police Training School in Szczytno. His research is mainly concerned with security and safety of data processing, cyber crime and developing and using expert systems. Organizer of regular scientific seminars on Technological aspects of high-tech crime in Poland.
